Royals Who Go to Fashion Week

The 9 Royals You'll Always Spot at Fashion Week

Fashion Week isn't just about the pretty clothes, the revival of old trends, the discovery of new brands, and the inspiring street style. No, it's also about the beautiful outfits spotted in the front row and the people wearing them.

While we're used to seeing celebrities like Selena Gomez and Blake Lively attending their favourite shows, you might not have realised how many royals RSVP "yes," too! From the newly engaged Princess Eugenie to front-row veterans like Princess Charlene of Monaco, read on to discover the nine royals you'll always spot at Fashion Week.

1. Princess Charlene of Monaco

No one can deny the fact that Princess Charlene of Monaco is one of the most fashionable royals around. The former Olympic swimmer isn't afraid to push boundaries when it comes to her outfits, and we always love to see what designer she's going to wear next. During Fashion Week, she can often be spotted at shows like Dior and Versace, but her allegiance lies with Giorgio Armani, who designed her wedding dress.

While Princess Beatrice doesn't appear at every Fashion Week, you might be able to spot her at shows like Michael Kors, Elie Saab, and Rebecca Minkoff. After all, the stylish royal isn't afraid to try the most daring trends, and she sometimes even wears pieces that she's spotted on the runways.

3. Charlotte Casiraghi

Charlotte Casiraghi is a Fashion Week veteran. While she doesn't make as many public appearances as Kate Middleton or Queen Letizia, she very often steps out in support of her favourite designers like Gucci and Stella McCartney. A journalist in her own right, Charlotte's work has been published in both Above and AnOther magazine. She's also been on the cover of Vogue Paris and is muse to none other than Karl Lagerfeld. But Charlotte's good eye for fashion is actually in her genes — she is granddaughter to the glamorous actress Grace Kelly, after all.

The stylish 22-year-old made her stunning debut on the cover of Tatler's April 2016 issue, and she hasn't slowed down since. Despite her young age, she has already interned with Chanel, worn a stunning Elie Saab ballgown at the 2013 Paris Debutante's Ball, and been photographed at some of the biggest shows of Fashion Week. She'll generally be spotted in the front row at Dior, Tommy Hilfiger, and Giorgio Armani.
