Portman's ring from husband Benjamin Millepied was designed (by jeweler Jamie Wolfe) with her eco-conscious and vegan values in mind. The centre stone is an antique (round old mine cut diamond), the pavé diamonds are certified as conflict-free, meaning no one was harmed or treated unfairly in the mining process, and the platinum is recycled metal.
