Not only is the track a queer love song, but the video that accompanies it features Straus herself with a pencil-mustache holding a girl's hand. She has been open about identifying as genderqueer. The 20-year-old told The Cut, "I'm a great example of somebody who is gay, but exists on a very complicated gender spectrum."
