These cute, colourful ribbons make me think of repping your house colours on sports day.
I was walking through the haberdashery at Liberty one afternoon and spotted these cute gingham ribbons — and of course I couldn't resist.
Above, I'm wearing three different ribbons cut at a length of one metre each. I layered three primary colours to give a cute painterly vibe without it looking too bulky on my tiny curls. I love the dimension of the three colours and how they matched my outfit, but you can also use one ribbon tied in the back with a bow if you want to keep it simple.
These gingham ribbons can be found right by the till at Liberty's haberdashery, and they go for about £2 per metre. They come in tons of different prints and styles so you can get super creative.
