I started using Upright Go ($80) a few months ago, and I have to say, it really made me more aware of my posture. The device, which you stick right on your spine, is tethered to an app on your phone that tracks your posture data. Hunch over and it buzzes to remind you to sit up straighter. The only flaw is that the sticker on the device needs to be swapped out pretty regularly for it to stay on your back — it also won't stay on you while you're working out. It's perfect, however, if you work at a desk.
