Trainer Raneir Pollard brings the heat in just 30 minutes with this fiery full-body weighted workout, joined by Poofy Moffitino and Leilani Terris. The high-energy session is guaranteed to make you break a sweat and challenge your strength, all while you have a little fun. You'll target your abs, hit your arms, then burn out your lower body with high knees, squats, and a little bit of twerking!
