Circuit One: Burpee — 10 Reps

  • Jump straight up with your hands behind your head.
  • Land in a deep squat, bringing your hands to the floor.
  • Jump your feet into a plank.
  • Jump your feet back toward your hands, and repeat cycle by jumping up.
  • Do 10 reps.
