Watch For Calories in Drinks

With all the attention paid to exercise and food, it's easy to forget one other source of calories. The calories we drink are just as important as the ones we eat, but they're easier to consume without thinking. Stick to low-calorie cocktails and skip the sugary drinks altogether in favour of plain, sparkling, or flavoured water.
