Breakfast Prep: Vanilla Berries Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups steel cut oats
  • 2 cups fruit of choice
  • 5 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 1/4 cup of granola
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 cups almond milk

Overnight oats are always a great option for meal prep because they do not require that many ingredients. I like to call them a heavenly bowl of mush with just the right amount of sweetness. I just tossed all the ingredients into mason jars, and the night before eating one of them, I add almond milk and throw the jar in the fridge.
