Standing Hand to Big Toe D Stand with your feet together in Mountain pose. Ground firmly with your left foot then raise your right leg into the air. Bring your hands to your hips. Straighten and lift your right leg as much as you can, keeping your shoulders stacked over your hips. If this is too hard, bend your right knee. Flex your right foot, holding here for five breaths.
