Strength Training

  • Squats: Three sets of 10 reps each.
  • Push-ups: Three sets of 10 reps each.
  • Leg raises: Three sets of 10 reps each.
  • Plank: Hold for 30 seconds; repeat three times.
  • Side plank: Hold for 30 seconds on each side; repeat three times.
