Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi Recipe: Go the Mediterranean Route

Start by cooking your gnocchi in a pan with vegan butter, pesto, minced garlic, white pepper, oregano, paprika, and a few tablespoons of both nutritional yeast and toasted sesame seeds. As those ingredients cook together, toss in spinach, sweet red peppers, and Kalamata olives, then squeeze some lemon on top and add more sesame seeds and cheese.
