How Do I Use the POPSUGAR 3-IN-1 Resistance Cord?

Since there are three separate bands offering three levels of resistance — light, medium, and heavy — you can easily switch the cords based on the exercise and the intensity you want. I love that if the heavy band doesn't offer enough resistance for certain moves, I can couple it with the light band to make it more challenging.

The moves I love to use this for are biceps curls, triceps extensions, lateral raises, shoulder presses, squats, lunges, and deadlifts. But I also like to attach the band to a high-backed stool and do a pallof press to target my core. This band can also be used for stretching my hamstrings.
