It's tough to tell when chicken is fully cooked just by looking at it, because the centre could still be a little bit pink. Chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C, or when the juices run clear, so it's helpful to have a cooking thermometer stashed in your kitchen.
