The thick shreds of extrasharp cheddar cheese and chunks of roasted pimento peppers make this dip one of our favourites to munch on. Scoop it up with crackers or chips or even put it on sandwiches and burgers. If you have enough room in your mini fridge, we suggest getting more than one.
