Prioritise self-care.

Health is wealth. In other words, your overall health — physical, mental, emotional — is one of the most important factors in your life, and it deserves to be prioritised. Eat real food. Make time for movement, aka exercise, if you're able. Take that long, hot bath you've been dreaming of. Self-care is not an indulgence; it's a necessity for well-being. Because think about it: you can't take care of others if you're not taking care of yourself.
