Day 3

After burning the candle at both ends for weeks I'd been feeling jittery and scattered, and I realised I was the one who needed some kindness today. My baby (and dog) by my side, I rolled out my yoga mat and made time to practice. Just taking a few moments for myself helped me feel calmer and more capable of directing my kindness outward.
