Take a morning or evening stroll.

Going for a brisk walk outside each day can clear your mind from the mires of technology. Sure, you might want to have your phone on you for emergencies, but you don't need to frequently check it. While we're not opposed to popping on a great audiobook or podcast, it's also great to be present in the moment and enjoy the natural views and sounds around you during your stroll.
