Production recently began on Divergent, and today we found out one more bit of casting news in the adaptation of Veronica Roth's young adult novel. Tony Goldwyn has been announced as the latest cast member, joining last week's new addition of Ashley Judd as the parents of main character Tris. Tris is played by Shailene Woodley in the film, which will depict a divided society of factions and a teenage girl (Woodley) who discovers she falls into more than one faction. Find out who else will star in Divergent, and if you read the book, let us know if the casting mirrors your vision.
I'd love to tell you the full star-studded cast of Movie 43 but I'm afraid we'd be here all day. The trailer for off-the-wall comedy includes Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, Anna Faris, Emma Stone, Jason Sudeikis, Chris Pratt, Chloe Moretz, Justin Long, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. The film is a collection of 25 different stories, and as far as I can tell, the only common theme is stars behaving badly. Halle Berry blows out the candles on a blind kid's birthday cake, Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber bully their teenager, and Gerard Butler is a leprechaun.
A handful of bloated comedies have proven that the megaensemble is a tricky beast, but this has me wondering if the formula might actually work this time. It could be amazing, or it could be an epic fail. The movie opens Jan. 25, and you can watch the NSFW red-band trailer after the jump.
The 2012 Toronto International Film Festival kicks off this week, and as we prep for A-Lisy red-carpet moments, we're taking a look back at highlights from years past. This weekend, the Queen's Birthday Honour's List was announced and two of Britain's biggest fashion stars were rewarded. Alexander McQueen's creative director Sarah Burton received an OBE (Order of the British Empire) for her services to the fashion industry, and Mulberry's creative director Emma Hill receive a CBE (Commander of the British Empire). Other fashion favourites on the list included jewellery designer Lara Bohinc, who was awarded an MBE (Member of the British Empire), and actress Kate Winslet who received a CBE. It's no surprise Sarah Burton was honoured, as she managed to keep Kate Middleton's wedding dress a secret right up until the big day last year. Congratulations to all on the list!
Kate Middleton showed her love for Jenny Packham once again this weekend when she stepped out in a floor-length teal gown at an Olympic Concert in London. The British fashion designer, who launched her first collection in 1988 and has twice won British Bridal Dress Designer of the Year, is a firm favourite with celebrities like Kate Hudson and Kate Winslet, who has worn several of her creations in the last few months. With her diffusion line Jenny Packham No. 1 on sale at Debenhams this month, the London-based designer's style is now affordable at all price points. In 2012 alone, plenty of A-list stars have walked the red carpet in a Jenny Packham dress, so take a look at them all and tell me which you like best!
If you loved Titanic as much as we did the first time around, you're probably lining up at the box office as we speak. But, if you didn't know — James Cameron's film is making its debut today in 3D to mark the 100th anniversary of Titanic's ill-fated voyage in April 1912. It's a film (and onscreen couple) we'll always have a soft spot for — Jack and Rose's (aka Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet's) romance was, well, epic to say the least. In honor of the film's reopening back on the big screen, we're taking a trip down memory lane and channeling a little of the film's romance — in our wardrobes. From Rose's decadent jewels (remember the Heart of the Ocean?!) to her prettiest ball gowns, we've outfitted the 1910s with a modern-day twist. Click on for the film's inspiration, then shop our picks if you're feeling nostalgic.

Kate Winslet ruled the red carpet at this evening's London premiere of Titanic 3D, held at the Royal Albert Hall. She posed for pictures alongside the movie's director, James Cameron, who's fresh off an exciting adventure. He was near Guam just a few days ago, setting a deep-sea record exploring nearly seven miles under the Pacific Ocean. Kate's main man from the iconic film, Leonardo DiCaprio, skipped out on the event. However, she had the company of another costar, Billy Zane. Even Kate's boyfriend, Ned Rocknroll, was seen sneaking into the theater for the screening. Ned has been by Kate's side for the last few weeks as she jetted around the world talking up the rerelease of Titanic.
On her way into Royal Albert Hall, Kate spoke about seeing Titanic 15 years after it was first released. She said, "[It's like] a home video. It’s like saying, 'We’re going to show three and a half years of your life, live to the Albert Hall!'"

The Academy Awards are later today, and the show is just the beginning of the fun. Stars love to keep the celebration going at Vanity Fair's post-Oscars party hosted by the magazine's editor, Graydon Carter. The annual bash draws big names like Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kristen Stewart, Victoria Beckham, and more, and this year's event promises to be just as star-studded.

Kate Winslet wore a sequin gown on the red carpet at the César Film Awards in Paris this afternoon. She's receiving an honorary award at the show, which will be presented to her by Carnage director Roman Polanski. The evening's host, Guillaume Canet, also posed for pictures on his way inside, though he was without his partner, Marion Cotillard, since she's currently filming alongside Joaquin Phoenix in NYC. Kate did have her significant other, Ned Rocknroll, along for the trip to France, and the couple were seen arriving at the Ritz earlier today. Kate most recently popped up in NYC for Fashion Week, where she attended multiple events as the face of St. John.
