Matthew McConaughey was still looking lean, but clearly has been working to put back on the pounds as he premiered his movie Mud at Sundance on Saturday night. Reese Witherspoon, Matthew's leading lady in the film, didn't join him for the Park City, UT, red carpet. Matthew and Reese debuted their film in Cannes, and since then, it has been quietly gaining positive buzz and momentum. In recent months, the headlines about Matthew have been all about his weight loss for The Dallas Buyers Club, but this weekend, fans want to know about something else — his friendship with Lance Armstrong and his feelings about Lance's fall from grace. Matthew opened up a bit about his feelings of anger and disappointment in the wake of Lance's admissions. Matthew said that he was "pissed off" at Lance initially and that part of him took it personally, but then he felt sad when he watched Lance's interview.

Matthew shared details including that "Livingston Alves McConaughey was born at 7:4 3am on 12/28/12. He greeted the world at 9lbs. and 21 inches. Bless up and thank you for your well wishes. Happy New year, and just keep livin'."
Matthew was in town for the big event after recently wrapping production on The Dallas Buyers Club in New Orleans. Matthew and Camila famously shared the first photo of middle daughter Vida shortly after her January 2010 birth, so we'll have to wait and see if they post a photo of baby number three in the upcoming weeks. Congrats to Matthew, Camila, and the rest of the family!

He's losing weight for his role in The Dallas Buyer's Club but has plans to indulge in a cheeseburger immediately after he's done filming.

It was raining hot men at LA's City Walk last night when Magic Mike stars Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey sat down with MTV for a chat and sneak peek at their soon-to-be-released male stripper flick. Channing and Matthew were full of stories about their time working and dancing on set, though at times it was difficult to hear what the guys had to say since the applause was so loud. Matthew joked, "Don't take your baby to see this movie." Channing revealed the guys "didn't stop laughing" during the shoot.

The stars of The Paperboy were up early in France to promote their project at the Cannes Film Festival today. Nicole Kidman, Zac Efron, and Matthew McConaughey's morning photocall comes after an appearance on the French show Le Grand Journal just yesterday. Zac opened up about filming mostly in his underwear, saying, "I don't think I was supposed to feel comfortable. It's like life. This character is supposed to be learning the ways of the world, and that can be very uncomfortable. But it's also exciting." The trio will be back in the spotlight later today, when they premiere their movie at the Grand Palais.
