TikTok has been the launchpad of some of today's biggest digital creators, many of whom found fame in the app's early days through sharing videos of themselves dancing and lip-syncing to popular music. But we're willing to bet that becoming TikTok famous isn't as easy as it sounds, which is why E.l.f. Cosmetics is creating an opportunity for three lucky users to discover if they have what it takes to launch lucrative careers on the app.
The beauty brand just announced that it's rolling out a TikTok reality series — the first of its kind — to help three lesser-known TikTokers learn how to build their brands, grow their followings, and launch careers for themselves in the digital space. The show, titled #Eyes.Lips.Famous, will feature commentary from three celebrity judges: Avani Gregg, Madi Monroe, and Seth O'Brien, all of whom have been featured in viral E.l.f. campaigns in the past and have millions of followers on the app.
The contest will be held this month for users to enter to appear on the show by creating a video showing why they deserve to be "Eyes. Lips. Famous." The lucky three who are chosen will win what'll essentially be a boot camp with the aforementioned TikTok stars, complete with weekly challenges and hands-on coaching sessions. Users watching from the sidelines will be able to follow the entire process on E.l.f.'s official TikTok channel beginning in September.
In addition to winning a spot on the show, the chosen three will also win a $5,000 sponsorship to appear on E.l.f.'s channel and a year's worth of free products from the brand.
