Extra Is the Theme of Lizzo's Galentine's Day Beauty Look
For Lizzo, getting glammed up and into costume is a given for any occasion, and Valentine's Day is no different. A day before the romantic holiday, the singer shared photos, taken by Bonnie Nichoalds, of a striking beauty look for her Galentine's celebration, featuring bright-pink hair styled into heart buns, purple eyeshadow, glittery lips, and studded heart-themed nails.
Lizzo's go-to hairstylist, Shelby Swain, created a half-up, half-down look with heart-shaped buns and flipped-up ends, inspired by a fellow stylist, Chrissy of Dior on the Hair. For her makeup, artist Alexx Mayo applied a dramatic lilac eyeshadow and sparkly glitter lip combo using Charlotte Tilbury's Pillow Talk lip liner and a lip kit from Stay Golden Cosmetics. And like the rest of her look, Lizzo's nails, done by Eri Ishizu, also went the extra mile. Ishizu covered each nail with silver gemstones and topped them with red hearts in the middle.
