Megan Fox's Chrome Textured Nails Pop Against Her Sheer Dress

Megan Fox's latest look will stop you in your tracks. On 25 July, the actor's glam team shared a peek at their latest project together, which saw Fox dressed in a sheer, orange-striped dress. Her red hair was pulled back and styled into a messy bun with face-framing pieces on either side of her head by celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos, and celebrity makeup artist Jenna Kristina gave her sultry peach-toned makeup to match. Knowing the devil is in the details, Fox's nails were also done to perfection by none other than Brittney Boyce, the star's go-to celebrity manicurist.
In a video shared by Boyce, Fox's cool, white nails stood out against her warm-toned look. Her fingers featured sharp, stiletto-shaped extensions with 3D swirl detailing on each one. The final result combined two major nail trends in one: textured accents and chrome.
"The inspo was white, chrome, and something magical," Boyce tells POPSUGAR. "I did white gel extensions with a multicolor, sheer chrome on top, and then I used 3D clear sculpting gel for height and texture."
This isn't the first time (and it surely won't be the last) that Fox has worn the chrome-nails trend in unique and creative ways. In May, she wore pink and silver chrome nails for a twist on the Barbiecore trend, also by Boyce. It's clear the reflective finish suits the edgy star, making for an eye-catching mani that's still versatile. She's also experimented with 3D details before, but never quite like this.
