For the 2019 Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Baker and Boynton were inspired by their youth in the UK. The pink eye shadow bleeding onto the cheek (also known as "draping" in the beauty world) was reminiscent of the pink custard pudding often served at school lunch, while the vibrant red lip colour came from a classic telephone box.
