Just like the YSL Beauté lipstick above, the Burberry Matte Glow Liquid Foundation (£35) sounds like a beauty contradiction. "Matte" and "glow" seem to go together like water and oil, but unbelievably, this base formula seems to do both. It minimises shine and makes skin look velvety soft, but without being too opaque or powdery. Your skin just looks like, well, skin, albeit more radiant and flawless looking (if that's what you're after).
