I Tried the £320 Face Tool Eva Longoria Swears By

When I'm not doing my own beauty routine, there's a good chance that I'm watching my favourite celebrities do theirs. That's how I discovered that Eva Longoria's favourite face tool is the Facify Beauty Wand (£320).

In a recent instalment of Vogue's Get Ready With Me series on YouTube, the actor was walking viewers through her skin-care routine when she revealed how she uses the tool. "I use my Facify machine to depuff my skin," she says in the clip. "You want to go toward your lymphatic glands to get all of this liquid, water, and puffing out of your face."

Though she was primarily using it as a massager, I'm a big fan of the tool because of how versatile it is. I would even go as far as to say that if you have the opportunity only to buy one facial tool ever, it should be this one. Read ahead for my full review of the wand.

What I Like About the Facify Beauty Wand

The biggest draw to this device is how many functions it has. The wand has three vibration strengths and a warming ability, which offers next-level relaxation when you're using it. The flat silicone side with the ring of bumps is meant to go over your eyes to help increase tear duct production and alleviate dryness. I personally just use it here because it feels really good, especially on a cold morning when I don't want to get up. The heat also helps to stimulate blood flow, so I only use this function not only on my eye area but all over my face, like my cheeks, neck, and forehead.

While it comes with a few other silicone cleansing heads, you don't need to use them if you don't want to because if you flip the tool over, you'll find the silicone body wand, which has slightly larger bristles than the eye compress. Because the vibrating feature makes the entire wand shake, I simply use the body brush on my face as I would any regular face brush, like my Nuskin LumiSpa iO. When I use it, I can see the difference in the amount of dirt and product that gets lifted off of my skin, especially when I give my face a quick wipe before washing off my cleanser with water.

The massageing feature is another one of my favourite things about the Facify Wand. It can be hard to keep up with a lymphatic drainage or microcurrent routine, but I've found that this tool makes it easy. After completing the other treatments, I often just throw in a quick sculpting session with ease. The massaging head feels incredible, and I can see a difference in my face after just a few minutes.

How to Use the Facify Beauty Wand

One of my favourite features of the wand is the lymphatic drainage head. To get the best results, I go over my cheekbones, jawline, and right above my eyebrows a minimum of five times each, adding more if I have the time. I also love using the eye compress feature, but personally, I focus more on the orbital bone around the eye versus placing the wand directly onto my eyeball. I also really enjoy using the compress on my smile lines and around the cheek area. I've never used the additional cleansing heads that the wand comes with, but I do use the body cleanser brush head on my face.

What to Consider About the Facify Beauty Wand

I will readily admit that £320 is extremely steep for a beauty device, but this is one of the rare instances that I believe this product is worth every single penny. From the myriad of ways in which you can use the wand to the sleek design that they somehow achieved whilst making it so multifaceted, I can easily see this being incorporated into every and any routine.
