It's not as viscous and creamy as a tinted moisturiser — the formula is runnier and more like a liquid — but it still contains hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid, and jam-packed with pigment. And the finish is truly velvety: it's matte enough to blur and keep shine away, but not so matte that it looks like you over-powered your face.
