The latter, the Charlotte Tilbury Eye Colour Magic Eyeliner Duos (£21 each), are truly genius (and very travel friendly). One side is matte, the other is a similar shade with a metallic finish. Use each colour on its own, layer the sparkly one on top of the matte, or, you can line your top lashes with the matte and bottom lashes with the shimmery one (or visa versa if you prefer) for a truly eye-enhancing effect.
