Megan Thee Stallion served '90s but with a 2020 twist and we adore it. She added dozens of crystals in varying sizes along the top of her black winged eyeliner and along her eyelids, which was topped off with long lashes. Her brown lipstick and darker liner was an obvious nod to the '90s.
