With a store and lab in Dalston, Neighbourhood Botanicals is one of our favourite up-and-coming local beauty brands. This month, they launch the Neighbourhood Botanicals Acid Washed Foaming Face Wash (£17), the name referring to the addition of lactic acid in the formula, which gently breaks down and washes away dead skin cells on the surface of your skin. Alcohol- and sulphate-free, the foam contains witch hazel, cleansers derived from coconut oil, as well as aloe vera, all of which are aimed at cleansing your skin without stripping it. Ideal for oily, combination, and sensitive skin types.
