At the end of last month, Nuxe debuted an entirely new certified-organic skin-care range, making July the first month you can easily nab the products in the UK. Comprised of 10 products, the Bio Organic Collection is formulated in France, certified by EcoCert, approved and registered by The Vegan Society, and contains an average of 99-percent natural-origin ingredients and over 52-percent organic ingredients, according to the brand. But Nuxe's dedication to sustainability doesn't end there. The packaging utilises recycled materials when possible (recycled glass for the jars, for example), and the containers are made form FSC-certified paper, both of which can be recycled post-use.
The Bio Organic collection is quite comprehensive, including the Essential Antioxidant Serum, Micellar Cleansing Water, Glow Rich Moisturising Cream, Anti-Puffiness Anti-Dark Circles Reviving Eye Cream, Skin Correcting Moisturising Fluid, Multi-Perfecting Tinted Cream, Radiance Detox Mask, Micro-Exfoliating Cleansing Mask, and lastly, the Nuxe Bio Organic Replenishing Nourishing Body Oil (£31), which we've had a chance to test out and thoroughly enjoy. Made with cold-pressed hazelnut oil, as well as sesame, safflower, and sunflower oils, the formula is incredibly hydrating and absorbs quickly (for an oil), while it's light nutty/fruity scent is both subtle and delightful.
