The Met Gala cohost wore full-skirted trousers by Richard Quinn when she first hit the red carpet with George Clooney, but immediately after, she changed into a red mosaic column gown by Tom Ford. And according to Anna Wintour, she had a good reason for doing so.
When Anna dropped by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Thursday night, the Vogue editor revealed that Amal's first outfit was made out of "tin foil so she was a little bit concerned it might rip during the evening."
