22 Celebrity Couples Who've Already Made Their Love Official This Year

Last year was certainly the year of love, given how many celebrity couples tied the knot, but 2018 definitely seems to be the year of surprise weddings. In January, Ellen Page shocked us all when she revealed on social media that she secretly tied the knot with dancer Emma Portner. That same month, Ricky Martin also casually revealed in an interview that he and Jwan Yosef had already exchanged vows and signed prenups after a two-month engagement. More recently, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot, and Kaley Cuoco wed Karl Cook. See all the couples who've said "I do" this year ahead.

1. Ricky Martin and Jwan Yosef

Ricky confirmed in January that he and Jwan exchanged vows and "signed all the papers." While they have yet to throw an official wedding ceremony, they are already parents to twin sons Valentino and Matteo.

2. Ellen Page and Emma Portner

Ellen revealed that she and Emma tied the knot by sharing a photo of their rings on Instagram in January. "Can't believe I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife. @emmaportner," the actress gushed.

3. Ryan Lochte and Kayla Rae Reid

While Ryan and Kayla still have yet to officially announce their sweet union, according to documents obtained by TMZ, the couple tied the knot at a Florida courthouse in January. The pair also welcomed their son Caiden back in June 2017.

4. Michael Cera and Nadine

The actor reportedly wed his longtime girlfriend in a secret ceremony. While it's still unclear when they tied the knot, Michael was spotted wearing a gold wedding band on his left hand in March.

5. Emma Slater and Sasha Farber

The Dancing With the Stars pros made their love official when they got married in LA in March. The star-studded event included Julianne Hough, Nick and Vanessa Lachey, Drew Scott, and Cheryl Burke. Ed Sheeran even recorded a special message for the couple that played during their reception.

6. Nico Tortorella and Bethany Meyers

Nico and his longtime girlfriend tied the knot after 11 years together in March. Nico announced the exciting news on Instagram, writing, "Just married. For real."

The royal tied the knot for the second time in a religious ceremony at St. Peter's Church in Lima, Peru, in March. Their first wedding was a civil ceremony in London in November 2017.

After nearly two years of dating, the couple tied the knot in Studio City, CA, in February. Caitlin stunned in a strapless ballgown, while John looked dapper in a black suit.

In late February, the 26-year-old model surprised everyone when she announced on Instagram that she got married to Sebastian Bear-McClard after three weeks of dating. The couple tied the knot in a courthouse wedding at City Hall in NYC.

The tattoo artist tied the knot with Rafael in a surprise wedding in February. Kat announced the news on her Instagram with a photo of their wedding bands, writing, "Today, I married my soul's mate, my mind's twin, my best friend: @prayers Juntos en vida y en muerte."

Amy and Chris surprised everyone when they tied the knot in Malibu, CA, in February, after nearly three months of dating. The secret ceremony was a star-studded event, bringing out Jennifer Lawrence, Jake Gyllenhaal, Jennifer Aniston, Aidy Bryant, Vanessa Bayer, Larry David, David Spade, Judd Apatow, and Chelsea Handler.

The Victoria's Secret Angel exchanged wedding vows with the New York Giants' Sterling Shepard in March in front of family and close friends, including model Jourdan Dunn and NFL player Odell Beckham Jr., at the Beverly Hills Hotel after getting engaged back in December.

The Grey's Anatomy actor revealed on his website in March that he and the chef got married and are expecting their first child together. "Arielle and I are so happy to announce our marriage and new baby, who is soon to join our growing family," Kevin wrote. "Close friends and family came together with my Grey's family to share in our celebration day – an intimate, low key gathering culminating in a Scottish Ceilidh dance." Kevin already shares two kids, Joseph and Iona, with ex-wife Jane.

The iZombie star announced he tied the knot with his girlfriend by posting a selfie of them flaunting their rings.

The "Unbreakable Smile" singer tied the knot with her boyfriend in May.

The royal couple got married at St. George's Chapel in May during a star-studded ceremony. Not only was the royal family in attendance for the nuptials, including Harry's nephew and niece Prince George and Princess Charlotte, but a few of Meghan's former Suits costars were also guests.
