The Duchess of Cambridge made an adorable new friend on her trip to Dundee, Scotland, with Prince William — all thanks to her famous blow dry! On Jan. 29, the Duchess of Cambridge greeted the Dundee crowd and knelt down to meet a few of her small fans, as she frequently does with young children. As Kate got down to eye-level with the kids, a certain little girl was so caught up in their conversation that she started mindlessly playing with the royal's iconic chestnut curls while they talked. Kate noticed the sweet gesture and burst into giggles — the perfect reaction!
