After friend and fashion writer Derek Blasberg shared a gorgeous picture of Gwyneth sipping on a martini by the pool, the meme Instagram account @GayBestFriend reposted the picture with the caption, "Me at happy hour pretending to listen to my friends but really thinking about d*ck."
