The Duchess of Cambridge's Brother James Confirms Engagement to Alizee Thevenet: "She Said OUI"
Another royal wedding is on the way: The Duchess of Cambridge's younger brother, James Middleton, is engaged to girlfriend Alizee Thevenet! On Oct. 6, a day after James' private proposal made headlines, he confirmed the happy news on Instagram with a photo of Alizee showing off her sapphire ring. "She said OUI," he wrote. "Our secret is out but we couldn't be happier to share the news." The 32-year-old businessman and 29-year-old French financial analyst reportedly met at a bar during the Summer of 2018 and have been dating for a little over a year. In January, they even vacationed with Pippa Middleton and her husband, James Matthews, in St. Barts.
Although the newly engaged couple keep their romance under wraps, James made their relationship Instagram official in May, sharing a snap of them relaxing on a boat in matching sweaters. Later that month, they attended Lady Gabriella Windsor's wedding together. In July, Alizee joined James and his family at Wimbledon. Congrats to the happy couple!
