High School Sweethearts Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews Get Married in Hawaii

Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews are officially husband and wife! On March 12, the high school sweethearts announced they tied the knot in Maui, Hawaii by sharing several photos via Instagram from their beautiful ceremony. The former pro football player stunned in a white gown with cutouts, while Mahomes looked handsome in a grey suit. "Mr. & Mrs. Mahomes 🤍," they each captioned their respective posts.

Two years ago, the Chiefs quarterback popped the question on Matthews's 25th birthday. Following a romantic proposal taking place at Arrowhead Stadium, the longtime couple enjoyed an intimate candlelit dinner together, which Matthews gave her followers a glimpse into via an Instagram story. "My heart is so full! I love this man so incredibly much and today was so so special! Couldn't imagine this day being any more perfect," Matthews wrote at the time.

Mahomes and Matthews have been going strong since the 10th grade while attending Whitehouse High School in Whitehouse, Texas. They welcomed their first child, Sterling Skye Mahomes, on Feb. 20, 2021. Congrats to the happy couple!
