After welcoming twins in 2020, Kristen confirmed during a February 2021 appearance on The Howard Stern Show that she and her longtime love had secretly tied the knot. "Besides the fact that we are where we are — it's hard to not feel so much of the sh*t and struggle that's going on," Kristen said.
