My post-work plans for the week, you ask? Staring at my computer screen and repeatedly watching this Lizzo dance routine until I memorize it from start to finish. South Korea's 1Million Dance Studio recently blessed the world with this upbeat choreography set to Lizzo's hit song "Truth Hurts," and it's giving me some much-needed inspiration to channel my inner bad b*tch. Talented choreographer Hyojin Choi composed the routine, which blends fast-paced movements with slowed-down ones and adds in a sprinkling of fancy footwork for good measure. Oh, how I'd love to see Queen Lizzo herself "f*ck it up to the tempo" of this video.
