Abigail Spencer (Lucy), Matt Lanter (Wyatt), Malcolm Barrett (Rufus), Goran Visnjić (Garcia Flynn), Paterson Joseph (Connor), Sakina Jaffrey (Agent Christopher), and Claudia Doumit (Jiya) are all expected to return. Annie Wersching and Tonya Glanz will also reprise their roles as Rittenhouse members Emma and Jessica, respectively.
According to a press release, the two-hour movie will be "an epic, unforgettable thrill ride through the past, present and future, with a healthy dose of Christmas spirit." While the show hasn't disclosed where they are heading this time around, the story will be "spread across three centuries and two continents" and "will test Lucy, Wyatt and the entire Time Team like never before as they try to #SaveRufus, preserve history and put a stop to Rittenhouse once and for all."
