Meet the Cast of the Netflix Adaptation of Sarah Dessen's "Along For the Ride"

"Along For the Ride" is Pasarow's biggest role to-date. She plays the movie's protagonist, Auden, a teen who roadtrips to Colby for the summer in hopes of reconnecting with her father before heading off to college. Pasarow previously had a minor role as Penny on Showtime's "Super Pumped."

In "Along For the Ride," Cameli stars opposite of Pasarow as her character's love interest. A teen living in Colby, Eli is a bit of mystery and is immediately won over by Auden's innocence and kindness. The up-and-coming actor made a splash as Jamie Spano in the "Saved By the Bell" reboot.

Andie MacDowell plays Auden's mom, Victoria. It's fair to say her character is a little trepidatious (and perhaps jealous) about her daughter running off to Colby for the summer to spend time with her father. You'll recognise the actress from "Maid" and "Groundhog Day," as well as classics like "St. Elmo's Fire" and "Four Weddings and a Funeral."

Dermot Mulroney's résumé is chock-full of impressive TV shows and films including, "My Best Friend's Wedding," "The Family Stone," "Shameless," and "Four Weddings and a Funeral" to name a few. In "Along For the Ride," he takes on the role of Auden's father, Robert, who resides in the small beach town of Colby.

Bosworth plays Heidi, a boutique owner in Colby and Auden's stepmother. The actress quickly made a name for herself in the early 2000s with blockbuster titles like "Blue Crush," "Win a Date with Ted Hamilton!" and "The Rules of Attraction," and more recently, she's starred in Netflix's "The I-Land."

Ricardo Hurtado plays Eli's younger brother, Jack. This isn't the actor's first or even second time working on a Netflix project. Previously, Hurtado played Tuck in "Country Comfort" and Tyler in the "Malibu Rescue" franchise, both Netflix originals.

The Disney Channel actress assumes the role of Leah, a friend and coworker of Maggie's, and therefore, a new friend of Auden's, too. The actress has previously been in "Sonny With a Chance," "Good Luck Charlie," and "American Vandal," among others.

Marcus Scribner portrays a teen living in Colby who's friends with Eli. Sitcom fans will recognise Scribner from his eight-season run as Andre Jr. on ABC's hit series 'Black-ish" and Freeform's "Grown-ish."
