Nothing Compares to John Legend's Soulful Performance During the Prince Tribute
As part of Tuesday's Let's Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince, John Legend performed "Nothing Compares 2 U" (yes, the Sinead O'Connor song was a Prince cover). Although it's not Prince's most famous song, Legend considers "Nothing Compares 2 U" to be "one of [his] favourite songs that [Prince has] written" because "it's a powerful song about longing, about missing someone."
One of the most iconic images of Prince is of him in his purple suit, so it only makes sense that Legend would also perform in a suit, keeping things sexy — and Prince approved — by wearing it without an undershirt. You'll definitely want to watch the clip above for seven hours and 15 days, but hopefully no one will take your love away.
