What's better than seeing Lizzo perform live? Having her personally sing to you on national television! The "Special" singer appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on 20 July to celebrate her new studio album. In honour of its 15 July release, Lizzo played a fun game of "Undercover Sing," where she watched some of her biggest fans from another room and surprised them by serenading them with custom remixes of her songs.
One fan had to literally pinch Lizzo to believe she was real, while another got lunch hand-delivered to her by the "About Damn Time" artist and scored tickets to her show at the Los Angeles Kia Forum.
Lizzo's been pulling off a lot of pop-up appearances lately. She recently surprised a Peloton class — which caused the entire platform to crash — to promote her "Special" album, singing some of her old and new hits for a few lucky riders. But that's not all. The same day she filmed her "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" episode, the singer went on a spontaneous shopping spree in Target in some Yitty pieces.
