Niall Horan and Fletcher's "Lover" Cover Is So Good, Even Taylor Swift Was Blown Away

Niall Horan and Fletcher are putting their own spin on Taylor Swift's "Lover," and we're obsessed. On Wednesday, the 26-year-old singer enlisted the help of his upcoming tour mate to cover the hit track as part of his Spotify Singles sessions. Just like the original, the song starts out slow with just a guitar and Horan's soulful voice singing the melody, but it really picks up in the second verse. With the addition of drums and Fletcher's amazing harmonies, the song transforms into a full rock ballad.

Clearly, we weren't the only ones impressed with the cover. Swift shared a link to the single on her Instagram Stories writing, "This is absolutely STUNNING." Seeing that Fletcher is opening for Horan on his Nice to Meet Ya Tour, we're crossing our fingers that they'll perform the duet live very soon! Listen to the incredible duet below.
