Noah Schnapp Has Messaged Love Island's Ekin-Su

"Stranger Things" Noah Schnapp Has Been Messaging "Love Island"'s Ekin-Su

Sometimes the boundaries between TV shows are blurred, but we didn't think we'd see the day that the Upside Down collides with a Majorcan villa. "Stranger Things" costars Noah Schnapps and Millie Bobby Brown took to an Instagram live on Brown's beauty account, Florence by Mills, to talk about their special bond on International Friendship Day, which is where Schnapp revealed he'd been in contact with "Love Island" 2022 winner, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.

Schnapp, who plays Will Byers in the hit TV show "Stranger Things", said: "I DM'd Ekin-Su and she answered me." He goes on to say they video called as Brown jokes she is a "Liar" (in a thick, Italian accent) referencing fellow "Love Island" winner Davide Sanclimenti.

Twitter users were quick to comment on the shock crossover. One wrote: "knowing that ekin su and noah schnapp video called just makes life worth living", with another writing: "Noah schnapp messaging ekin su and them facetiming? I want this life."

Eagle-eyed "Love Island" fans had been noticing Schnapp commenting on Islanders Instagrams before, proving that he really is a fan of the UK reality show. He'd commented "Yes!!!!" on Ekin-Su's winning Instagram post, and he bizarrely wrote "Hi" on an old post of Jacques O'Neill on a night out with a friend in Sheffield. Although, Schnapp isn't the only A-list star to reveal they are a fan of the show. Lizzo recently admitted she is "hooked" and declared Indiyah Polack as "the baddest in the villa",so he is certainly in good company.

This isn't the first time Schnapp has been known to DM other celebrities either, although he hasn't always received a positive response. In July, Doja Cat famously messaged Schnapp to ask if his castmate Joseph Quinn was single. He replied, writing "LMAOO slide into his dms." He revealed the exchange on his Instagram, only for Doja Cat to call him out as being "socially unaware and wack".

With Ekin-Su undeniably being the standout star of "Love Island" 2022, it's no wonder Schnapp was supporting her all the way. Could there be a "Stranger Things" season 5 cameo on the cards? Could her acting talents be put to the ultimate test? Will Ekin-Su's Vecna song be by Becky Hill? Only time will tell.
