Pete Davidson first joined "Saturday Night Live" in 2014, and after eight seasons on the show, the star announced that the May 21 episode of the comedy show was his last. He joined fellow cast members Aidy Bryant, Kate McKinnon, and Kyle Mooney, who also exited ahead of the show's 48th season. But there will be plenty of opportunities to see Davidson onscreen next. He's starring in a number of brand-new movies and TV shows, from the slasher flick "Bodies Bodies Bodies" — out Aug. 5 — to the comedy "American Sole," which he'll appear in alongside Sydney Sweeney and Bad Bunny.

In addition to his iconic roles (we'll never forget you, Chad) on "SNL," Davidson has appeared in a number of projects in recent years, including cowriting and starring in the film "The King of Staten Island," which was loosely based on his life. He also appeared in "The Suicide Squad," "The Rookie," and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."

As far as his personal life goes, Davidson has dated a handful of stars, including Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale, Phoebe Dynevor, and, currently, is paired up with Kim Kardashian. Certainly, being Kardashian's boyfriend means he'll wind up making a number of headlines in the coming months whether he wants that or not. But Davidson also has tons of exciting onscreen projects coming up for fans to celebrate. He'll be playing a rom-com lead and a horror-comedy protagonist, and of course, he'll be doing what he does best — portraying characters based on himself. Read on to learn more about Davidson's various onscreen projects over the years, as well as what's to come.
