Alina Starkov (Jessie Mei Li) learns that she's the Sun Summoner capable of closing the ominous Fold and defeating the vicious Volcra monsters. Besides her newfound fate, Alina also finds sexual tension running high between her and the mysterious General Kirigan (Ben Barnes) while still having undefined feelings for her friend Malyen (Archie Renaux).
