Loosely based on Shirley Jackson's novel of the same name, Mike Flanagan's "The Haunting of Hill House" weaves back and forth between the past and present to unravel the Crain children's tragic history. Despite the dreary emotional (and spooky) baggage that looms over the Crains, the story isn't without complicated romances and scandalous moments — Theo's love life definitely makes this one of the more risqué horrors you'll watch!
