Before Anne Hathaway was lauded for her Oceans 8 and The Devil Wears Prada performances, she starred in one of the most noteworthy films of the 2000's (no, really). For anyone who isn't aware (in which case, you need to watch this film right now), The Princess Diaries is about klutzy teenager Mia Thermopolis (Hathaway). High school isn't easy for Mia, who's often teased by the popular Lana Thomas (Mandy Moore). Yet, her entire life changes when her mother reveals that her biological father was the prince of a small European nation called Genovia. With the help of her grandmother, Queen Clarisse Renaldi (Julie Andrews), Mia will begin her transformation from normal high school girl to actual princess.
