This tear-jerking romance movie follows a happy married couple Holly and Gerry, played by Gerard Butler and Hilary Swank. Sadly, Gerry learns he has a brain tumor and passes away, leaving Holly with 10 letters that each contain heartfelt messages to her, all signed the same way ("P.S. I love you").
